KFC Great service

KFC has some of the best food I’ve ever tasted from the humble nugget to the lovely French fry. With all 11 herbs and spices this makes some of the loveliest food I’ve ever put in my mouth.   My last experience with KFC was quote exemplary. The interior was super clean, and all the staff were friendly. The staff really works to make sure each customer receives superb experience. I ordered a large meal and it was made in under 5 minutes. The burger was fresh, the fries hot and the drink fizzy. I will not be ordering anywhere else but KFC. Oporto Drink

This sunny morning I visited Oporto Hornsby. On the menu today was a absolutely refreshing and was made available to me at a high speed of service. The refreshing coke was served on a plastic plate to my dissapointment but was refreshingly cold and quenched my thirst. The drink was refreshingly carbonated and was only served in a metal can. Overall I rate this drink a solid 10/10 and would drink again. Image Source: http://www.thedrinkkings.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Captain-Coke-10.jpg Written: Lachlan Higgs

My subway experience

Ok. I want to tell a little story about my lunch yesterday. Subway usually does it for me; This time it was not so spectacular. I was in Hornsby, doing some shopping, and of course, I got myself a subway. It seems that today was not my lucky day. It was obvious that the employee was new, as she was reading from what looked like a script and kept asking for assistance. I bought a Greek lamb with tzatziki off the new menu with the standard salad. Although the order took longer than it should have, the meal was not too bad. I would have liked more jalapenos to be honest. image source:  http://www.subway.com/en-au/menunutrition/menu/product?ProductId=6665&MenuCategoryId=594 written by: Edward Morris

My Second Hungry Jacks Experience.

Wow, talk about a store transformation! The last time I commented on Hungry Jacks it was not good at all. I even swore I would never go back! But I did the other day a nd was pleasantly surprised with the change that has occurred at the store. Both the interior and the exterior were sparkling clean, and there seemed to be double the amount of staff working. The customer service I received was really good, and it appears that they have increased their training to better skill their employees. But the biggest change was the quality of the food. The burger was made with all the right ingredients and the chips were super fresh. I am happy to confirm that I will be back again soon to try out their new menu options. Two thumbs up from me! https://www.lifehacker.com.au/2016/08/today-is-national-hamburger-day-celebrate-with-our-tastiest-burger-posts/    (written by: Saghar Khandel)

Back at it again with the maccas run

Its time for another maccas run my dudes and dudetts, yall know I’m craycray for the spicy chicken mayo wrap they got going on, unfortunately my favourite McDonald’s was closed, I travelled all the way to another McDonald’s AND THEY MAKE THE BURGERS EVEN BETTER, got myself a sundae with chocolate fudge, and you know everyone’s weird yet delicious combo FRIES AND A SUNDAE, I destroyed both of those in a matter of minutes, was feeling a bit peckish still so I grabbed a choco shake, smoothest chocolate shake I have had in a while, the best thing is the dollar menu left with some fries and a burger for only $4!!! KyoChon in Korea

Kyochon is the most popular and enjoyable fast food in Korea. The typical and traditional fast food is light-soy sauce fried chicken and a bit of fried chicken with spicy chili sauce. If you're feeling like fried marinated chicken, Kyochon is definitely the place to go. Even the spiced, salty, greased chicken breaded with crunchy big chunks from the grease-stained buckets of the Colonel cannot compare. The chicken at Kyochon have opened my taste buds to new levels of what fried chicken truly can be. The chicken itself is crisp, juicy, incredibly tender and well-seasoned, and even for deep-fried chicken, it isn't too oily. Each bite just gets better and better and it's so addictive. You can also pair it with a side of salad or piping hot potato wedges. If you're looking for a simple and solid fried chicken menu that will knock the pants off you, then head on over to Kyochon now. One more thing I can add on, the delivery of chicken is one of the best options you can enjoy...

Maccas for the boys

Maccas for the boyssss, time for a maccas run, good old mcdonalds everyone’s favourite kick back spot Absolute ripper of an evening at mcdonalds my time was spent well, I ordered a family box, a family of one!!. My burgers where excellent and I absolutely destroyed the nuggets and chicken and cheeses, I got a coffee from the café, and I was instantly revitalised, I opened the box and watched as the burgers slowly disappeared, saddest day of my life, lol jokes, got myself a coke for the road, ended up coming back that same night, HAHAHA Image source: https://cdn-triplem.scadigital.io/media/42410/mcdonald.png?preset=MainImage Written by: Christian

Snack Time

Time for a munch, munch, munch time for a crunch, crunch, crunch. So here I am sitting at Macquarie Oporto after a hard ISYS100 tutorial when I see my saviour. The Oporto Churro desert snack. The combination of sweet cinnamon with the crunch of hot doughnut greeted my senses like a warm hug. The dipping sauce was one that made my life complete and complimented the meal to no end. As I gazed across the food-court I saw all the other peasants of Macquarie shopping centre and came to the epiphany that nothing could beat this late night desert in both its satisfaction and benefit to the soul. As I delved into the bag I realised I had depleted my churro supply and my life had lost meaning. 10/10 would eat again, YTB,  Scooby snacks 4 days. My Hungry Jacks Experience

My experience at Hungry Jacks was absolutely dreadful. I don't understand how this company is still in business. Its fast food, I get- You get what you pay for. But this store was disgusting. The bins were overflowing, the store was ridden with flies and the staff weren't blinking an eye. I ordered a small meal and it took them three tries to get it right. In the end my burger was cold and my coke was flat. Truly disappointing. I will be sure to contact Hungry Jacks Head Office and complain about the service I received today. I don't think I’ll ever be hungry enough to give that place a try again. Image Sauce: https://investorplace.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/burgerkinglettuce.jpg Written by: Saghar

Subway sensation

Today I went to the beloved fast food restaurant known as Subway! After a long day of Uni, my stomach was growling and all I could think of was the Chicken and Bacon ranch melt, with tasty cheese and garlic aioli sauce on the footlong honey oat bread. The Macquarie centre store is by far my favourite, with the option to sit by the ice rink and watch half of the skaters doing circles around the outside of the rink, and the other half, looking like they’re practising for the next Olympic games. The service was superb, only taking a mere minute and a half to serve, and the employees treated my sandwich with the upmost care; The taste certainly reflected this as my taste buds were sent into a frenzy. Before I knew it, I had finished and came to the realisation that I then had to return to uni for my final class of the day. sadness. Oporto Lunch YTB

Oporto at Central Station was the next location for an Oporto meal to occur. As I walked through the Central tunnel my nose was greeted by the possibility of a tasty chicken wrap. The meal I received was well presented and came packed with two fresh grilled chicken tenders accompanied by tomato, lettuce creamy mayo and my choice of an additional sauce. These fresh ingredients were encapsulated much like the Oporto Big Breakfast sampled previously in a warm pita bread wrap. To my delight this combination made for a filling lunch that both satisfied me for the meal and left a pleasant taste on my pallet. The only criticism coming towards the Oporto Chicken Rappa was the serving size could have been a fraction larger or come with some chips to make up for the smaller than average wrap size. My Heavenly Experience at KFC

On this beautiful Wednesday night I was smacked in the face by a sharp craving for the colonels mouthwatering Kentucky fried chicken. As I briskly made my way to KFC Macquarie, I took a moment to make a premeditated decision on the banquet I was about to purchase. Not long after I settled on the drool evoking thought of a tasty zinger box, I found myself at the counter ready to order. When I heard the butter sweet sound of the young girl at the register call out my recipit, I hastily snatched my meal from her hands and dashed towards the nearest seating arrangement to devour my purchase. To my delight upon unboxing, there were 3 steamy succulent wicked wings, thick tasty gravy, thirst quenching pepsi, signature thick cut chips salted with a secret blend of flavors, and a juicy zinger burger with mayo, iceberg lettuce and a melt in your mouth zinger fillet. I'll let you imagine what happened next. If you go out to buy this meal, don't expect to only have it once. 11/11 I...

Chicken V at Eastwood Sydney

You can’t go wrong having a night out with close friends and family at Chicken V in Eastwood. The décor and music throughout the restaurant creates a comforting atmosphere upon arriving, and the scent of freshly made fried chicken is pleasing. Chicken V provides a menu with a variety of choices to choose from. Customers able to select a dish which suits their taste. All the chicken dishes were cooked to perfection, with crispy, well-seasoned skin and juicy meat. The highlight of the restaurant was being able to enjoy the delicious fried chicken with a cold refreshing beer. I recommend chicken V to anyone who enjoys Korean friend chicken and the restaurant is great for going with a group of friends. My favorite dish would have to be their old-style chicken. The dish was unique, and it stood out from the rest of the dishes. I enjoyed my time at Chicken V and will certainly be attending the restaurant again in the future. Oporto Brekky

My morning could not have started any better than with the Oporto Big Breakfast. To my delight upon entering Hornsby Oporto the fresh smell of sizzling bacon and fresh pita bread greeted my flaring nostrils. The combination of eggs and bacon made this breakfast one to remember and one that gave me the lasting energy to write this blog post. I highly recommend the Oporto Big Breakfast for anyone who both enjoys a deluxe breakfast cooked to perfection. The moist combination of eggs, crispy succulent rasher bacon and tomato combination was one that simply brought tears to my food connoisseur eyes.  All round a stunning meal to begin a day. 10/10 Would eat again.
