Wow, talk about a store transformation! The last time I commented on Hungry Jacks it was not good at all. I even swore I would never go back! But I did the other day and was pleasantly surprised with the change that has occurred at the store. Both the interior and the exterior were sparkling clean, and there seemed to be double the amount of staff working. The customer service I received was really good, and it appears that they have increased their training to better skill their employees. But the biggest change was the quality of the food. The burger was made with all the right ingredients and the chips were super fresh. I am happy to confirm that I will be back again soon to try out their new menu options. Two thumbs up from me!
